Organic Honest O’s Honey Nut Cereal Bars

Ingredients

• 5 cups Barbara’s^® Organic Honest O’s Honey Nut Cereal
• 2 cups honey-roasted peanuts
• 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 2/3 cup honey
• 4 tbsp. butter

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine Barbara’s Organic Honest O’s Honey Nut Cereal and peanuts, set aside
2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, honey and butter. Stir frequently.
3. Once the mixture reaches a boil, boil for exactly two minutes
4. Remove from heat, and pour the brown sugar mixture over the cereal mixture
5. Stir to combine
6. Add and press mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 8×11-inch pan
7. Let bars set for 15-20 minutes
8. Cut into desired size and enjoy!
