Cheese Puff Crunch Chicken Tenders


  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into tenders
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, whisked with 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 (7-oz.) bag Barbara’s Original Cheese Puffs, crushed
  • Ranch dressing, for serving
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Parsley



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Season chicken tenders generously with salt and pepper, then cover in flour. 
  3. Dip chicken tenders in the egg mixture, and then in Barbara’s crumbs.
  4. Place chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. 
  5. Serve hot, with ranch dressing for dipping.
  6. Enjoy!
