Barbara’s Spoonfuls


  • 1 cup Barbara’s Spoonfuls Cereal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour + extra for handling dough
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil + extra for brushing crust
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Toppings, to taste



  1. In a food processor, blend together above ingredients until a smooth dough forms. Remove dough from processor and use hands to form it into a ball.
  2. Coat a baking pan, preferably one without edges, with flour and a little bit of cornmeal (optional). Then, flatten dough into a circle about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Light grill and adjust temperature to medium heat. Lightly brush grill grates with olive oil to help prevent dough from sticking.
  4. Use a spatula to transfer dough onto the grill and then lightly brush the top of the dough with olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes until dough is semi-firm to the touch.
  5. Using the spatula, remove the crust from grill and transfer it onto the baking pan once again. Add your favorite toppings (sauce, cheese, etc.) to the crust.
  6. Transfer the crust with toppings onto the grill and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the bottom of the crust is firm and slightly crispy.
  7. Remove pizza from grill and serve immediately.
