In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients except granola: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg, Pacific Organic Oat Original, water, and melted butter until well blended. Add the granola to this mixture and don’t be afraid to let it sit for a couple minutes to saturate.
Add the two mixtures together in a large bowl, and combine very well.
Pour batter onto griddle. Hint: a soup ladle dispenses the perfect amount!
Other helpful tips:
If the batter seems too thick/lumpy the pancakes will turn out like bisquits– don’t be afraid to incrementally (by tablespoon is best) add more non-dairy milk or water.
If batter is too “soupy” add flour (by the tablespoon).
