Barbara’s Better Granola Oatmeal Bars

Take our new protein packed granola and turn it into a homemade, to-go snack fit for the whole family.


  • 1 box Barbara's Oats and Honey Granola
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups blueberry or raisin (dried)


Makes about 12 bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix the box of granola with one egg and fruit of choice. Try using a dried fruit, as fresh or frozen will make the bars ‘gooey.’

In a sauce pan, on low heat, melt the butter with honey and brown sugar.

Combine the mixtures well then pout into a parchment lined 9 inch square pan.

Sprinkle the cinnamon and sea salt and bake for 25 minutes.
